What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. We use it to take payment, deliver your order, send receipts and handle returns. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
• Accounting records: we keep order and payment records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting law.
• Return Card (optional add-on): if you add a Return Card we keep the email address you gave at checkout, the item it is for, the card code and an optional note you write, so that a finder can message you. Legal basis: performing our contract with you. We keep it for as long as the card is active, and delete it if you ask us to switch the card off. When a finder sends a message we email it to you and do not store the message. Anything they choose to tell us about themselves is passed on to you and not kept by us.
• Launch list: your email address and the products you are interested in. We use it to tell you about the launch and to plan quantities. Legal basis: your consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Customer service: emails you send us, so we can reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your questions.

Who we share it with

• Stripe takes your payment. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores Return Card records and provides a spam check (Turnstile) on the finder form.
• Resend sends the emails for Return Cards: your card confirmation and any message from a finder.
• Formspree receives launch list sign-ups.
• Delivery carriers, such as Royal Mail, receive your name and address to deliver your order.

We do not sell your data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK under the safeguards the law requires.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your basket on your own device so it is still there when you return. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email . If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
